Co hosted a group session at Dr. Nancy’s week long Intimacy & Sex Magic Retreat which is held annually at Hedonism 2, Jamaica. Laurie Handler and myself taught couples how to give their partners the ultimate Sanskrit massage of the Yoni (vagina).
The “Yoni” is a Sanskrit name for the female genital system which means ‘Sacred place’. The Yoni is a beautiful and magical space which has the potential for ecstasy, peace and enlightenment.
The purpose of the yoni massage is really to heal. Women store a lot of their trauma and unexpressed emotional pain in the walls of the vagina. Over time, this can build up, resulting in loss of sensation, and maybe creating the lack of desire for sex. The intention of the yoni massage is to gently de-armour the walls of the vagina through holding various points within, allowing it to become more responsive, soft, and receptive to self-pleasure and to love-making.
The Intimacy & Sex Magic Retreat happens every year and is a great place to bond with your partner and others in the group to make everyday an adventure into new territory. This year by the third day the group was so beautifully bonded they were dancing in a huddle on the dance floor. We share, we laugh and we witness each other growing, learning and deepening our heart connections.
